England VI is chapter who
are based in the East Midlands of England and cover Nottinghamshire, Derbyshire
and Lincolnshire. Some of the most beautiful riding country in England.
They also have the odd member from surrounding adjoining areas. They are a mix
of serving and retired Police Officers, Prison Officers and Specials.
Like most of the 'low numbers' in our conference, they were originally part of England I and were founded on 1st Jan.1995 with members from the East Midlands and South Yorkshire.
Two further chapters have
been founded from Eng. VI, - Eng. IX (South Yorkshire) in 1997 and Eng. VIII
(Leicestershire and Rutland) in 2005. Eng. VI meet on the last Thursday of every
month at the Hurt Arms, Ambergate, Derbyshire. Anyone interested in joining are
most welcome to come along to the Hurt Arms which is situated on the A6 opposite
the junction with the A610 road to Ripley.
