 England 15 is a chapter proud of its roots in the Valley, no, not the valleys of Wales, but the Valley of South East Lancashire, around Rawtenstall, home of the famous motorcycle show.

They were formed by, amongst other of course, a charter member of England V, Joe Vaiders, who is remembered for his contribution to the huge effort made by England V in that chapters early days, when its members took relief to Romania.

For those needing rider training, you could do much worse than ring this chapter as retired cop Joe teaches for a living!
